I've read step monster, which has been brilliant for me.

Can anyone recommend anything else along a similar vein?

I know relate do a book on step parenting, has anyone read it?

Thanks.

I really liked 'Stepcoupling' by Susan Wisdom. I think you'd get a lot from it too.

Thanks brdgrl, I have ordered it.

Hi there, when I found out that OH had a DS I borrowed How to be a Happy Stepmum by Lisa Dodson from the library as I had no clue!

How to be a Happy Stepmum

Found it really useful and covered practically all combinations and stages of being a stepmum - also nice that it was UK relevant, for a change.

I've also read the Lisa Doodson book. Acutally it didn't cover my 'type' of stepmum but it was still a worthwhile read. We went on to attend one of her workshops which was really, really helpful.
