hi
So DP's ex has called in HV with regards to SD behaviour. Ex says a care plan has been devised and we should be receiving a solicitors letter with details. Surely the HV should be speaking to both parents to get the full picture? I've mentioned in previous posts that SD behaviour isn't a problem when we have her and DP has told his ex, so whether that has a influence on anything i don't know. Can anyone help?

I read one of your other threads and if I got it right, it sounds like he has PR (he's on the birth certificate and child born after Dec 2003?) in which case he has the right to request medical information about his child direct from HV. There's nothing to stop him from writing down his concerns (or lack of) but if you don't know precisely what concerns she's raised then it might be harder to know what is of relevance? Maybe he should try calling the hv first, with any luck he might be able to start enough of a conversation to point out any inconsistencies there and then?

thanks. He has spoken to the health visitor. Guess what? No concerns!! All pretty normal for her age.
