doesn't want SS at the house if I'm here

SS's mum doesn't want SS around me for a while. DH is getting help and so am I because there is alot going on. DH doesn't have a chance at getting a court order saying he can see SS here with me because of his past. I'm scared that this will ruin our relationship. I know she will come around but it is a mess in the meantime.

Need a bit more detail, but it's highly unlikely any court would grant her wish to not have you around when contact is taking place.

Same as above cant really comment without knowing what you mean when you say you cant get a court order because of his past? Would have to be something pretty damn bad for contact not to be allowed.

I don't want to get into his past but if she wanted she could prevent dh from ever seeing DSS again

if she has good reason to then it seems odd to ask about you being round him.
