Winter the pram looks lovely but if possible do try and test drive one, - preferably with a toddler-like weight in it

because I had a four wheel Graco (much older version admittedly) and it was an absolute bugger to steer and lift up kerbs.

Just to let you know, have seen the MD supervisor and she has confirmed I have the go ahead for my HB, I just had to sign some stuff to day that I was aware of the risks involved wrt my weight! Yippee!!

Im very good ta Went and bought a pushchair today, not the sport one that I posted, just the normal version (couldnt see it on Tuesday due to some large arsed woman checking out ALL of the pushchairs!! I much prefer this one, its less fussy so im very happy. Oh and I went to collect the rocking crib for our room (instead of moses basket) and ordered a new mattress for it.. cot has been picked up from FIL for babys room and new mattress ordered too :)

All I need now is for DP to re-paper where we have damaged in babys room and hall by 3rd June as we have a house inspection and I hope we get to extend the lease, if not i will be one stressy WinterLover

Doesnt look like im going back to work tho :( after everything that happend the other week I have a doctors review on Monday and the consultant has sent his 'opinion' to them so I will be signed of till end June then take 3 weeks annual leave then start ML on 17th July.... Wierd knowing i have definately finished work and not going back there ever now :(

I'm working from home today as I'm not feeling too great, not sure what it is but feeling all achy and shivery.

Thanks, im getting so bored though, not worked for 9 weeks now :( and no chance of me going back! Yesterday afternoon I 'cleaned' the kitchen... when I say cleaned, cupboards we're emptied etc etc..

Kara I bet its feeling all very real now?? Not long left for you at all.. I have 13 weeks left unless they decided to do me early.. Told DP I want everything sorted for 35 weeks just in case and so I can enjoy the summer hols with DBD if she's allowed extra holiday time with us..

I know how you feel Winter- I was put to complete bed rest at 30w for 2 weeks following bleeding and signs of early labour (couldn't even get out of bed for wees, joy) . Then I stayed home until 37.5 when I had DD. I was getting so bored of watching crap telly and ate too much ice-cream! I was so happy she came a little early!

Oh Pegs that would drive me mad!! I should count myself lucky then :) although i think the dog would like me on bed rest, lazy sod he is :)

Realisation is sinking in here too.. DP has put together the pushchair today to make sure we had all the bits and so I could have a play hehe

Ours is assembled and in the garage but want to get it back in and remove all the tags and such.

Been very busy today sorting our bedroom and rearranging it.

I am sooooo tired! Going to waste a bit of time on the internet, open up my bottle of Bailey's mint choc and have a small glass and then off to bed!
