Wayne and John Part are my favourite commentators, I liked them both in their playing days, I really missed Wayne last year when he was absent following the death of his wife. They are both so knowledgeable and I like Wayne's exuberance.

It must be hard for Wayne as the World Champs will always remind him of losing his wife.

@blankcanvas3 she died quite suddenly just before the Worlds last year, so he missed it. I think she was only in her 50s. Very sad.

Oh well I’ll stay alone in my Wayne hating then 🤣 I do like Professor Part, he knows his stuff.

Yes his Canadian accent is easy to listen to isn’t it. I love that his nickname when he was playing was “Darth Maple” because he’s Canadian 🤣

I read Wayne’s autobiography after buying it for DP as a gift a few years ago and his love for his lovely Donna shone through, absolutely devastating for her to pass away so suddenly last year.
