Hi everyone, I’ve recently converted my normal hybrid bike into an e-bike using a YOSE Power kit and thought I’d share it here. It’s my first time doing anything like this, so I’m still figuring things out. The bike itself is a Gust hybrid with front suspension and 28” wheels. I added the YOSE rear-hub motor, a 36V battery on the frame, and put all the wiring/controller into that small triangle bag. Surprisingly it actually rides really nicely — good acceleration and makes longer rides much easier. Just wondering if anyone else has done their own e-bike conversion? How did it hold up over time, and is there anything I should look out for (battery care, brakes, general maintenance)? Any tips or experiences would be appreciated.
