We start with the first all teams season launch on 18 February. Ferrari reveal their 2025 car the day after.

Pre season testing will take place on 26 to 28 February in Bahrain. Australia will host the opening race on Sunday March 16th.

Have just seen that M&S is doing McLaren hoodies. For kids only, as far as I can tell, but some teen sizes would be big enough for adults. Just in case any of you McLaren fans needed to know.

I never used to be a Lewis fan, but I am warming to him. I cried when he won at Silverstone

Apparently Checo is suing Horner for breach of contract

Couldn't happen to a more upstanding person....actually I'm finding it quite difficult to find a positive adjective to describe Horner since the issues in RBR started coming to light...

While I don't blame Checo - surely he's not suing Horner, but RBR. His contract would be with the team.

Lewis and Charles have been in Barcelona testing the 2023 car. Lewis crashed quite heavily but is OK. I think that is normal when testing a car as in trying to find the limit you can go over.

I was surprised the first time I went to a race weekend that Michael Schumacher had a different routine to everyone else and often went off in practice. He was more likely to have the track to himself for some of the time so he could test the limits.

Next week is the tyre test with 2024 cars modified to 2026.

I agree with you in that I'd like to see Lewis get the title he was robbed of a few years ago. After that I'd like to see Lando win. Then anyone other than Max.

Dropping in here in the hope of picking up some tips, DD14 is a huge F1 fan and DS8 is pretty interested in it too, we have booked to go to Austin, Texas for the race weekend!

I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but DTS is back on 7 March.

They will love it. My advice is to take binoculars so you can see the timings on the big screen.

Any idea of the F175 show will be televised and if so where/when please?

There is a guy on TikTok who is planning on going to all F1 races this year on a budget of £20k and using only what annual leave he gets from his work.

Should be interesting to follow how he gets on.

Contemplating Montreal next year. Even though I’m in the same country it’s still a 4 hour flight!

That’s tough to do because of all the long haul flights

I guesss if he means the actual race and not the full weekend, he could just take Mondays off for the European ones(assuming he's British/European, otherwise this doesn't work) and travel on there on the Friday/ Saturday. Would need to use more for the others obviously but it might be possible? Don't see how he could do the full race weekend every time.
