Happy New Year.

We start with the first all teams season launch on 18 February. Ferrari reveal their 2025 car the day after.

Pre season testing will take place on 26 to 28 February in Bahrain. Australia will host the opening race on Sunday March 16th.

Just seen the weather forecast - could be an interesting race. @ReginaaPhalangee hope you have good water proofs.

@wittethe academy races were cancelled earlier on today but nothing officially for the 9pm race.

OMG they have the Lego cars on the grid - they are going to drive them round the track. How amazing.

@ReginaaPhalangee is it your first race? I used to go for the main grandstand opposite the pits because you could watch all the goings on.

I just wondered as I remember how excited I was at my first race (Indianapolis 2000.)

You have got a brilliant view of the first corner which should be good for the start and overtakes.

I’m surprised at the amount of people who treat it like a fashion show lol! So many high heels and Chanel and Dior handbags lol!

Loving the photos. Was going to ask which team / driver you support but can see it’s McLaren (go Oscar).

Should be an interesting start to the race today.

As someone coming back to F1 after a number of years it’s exciting to get to know new drivers. Lando seems very polarising…

The trouble is now they need to let Charles through. The McLarens are in a different league.
