Looking for help and I'll try and keep this short.
my child takes part in a sports activity outside and not connected to school.
recently 2 kids (1 being my child)were messing about and my child was punished for it by the coach but the other child involved were not.i have no problem with the punishment given but i asked the coach why they hadn't punished the other child as i fell that was un fair. The coach then escalates the matter by shouting at me
I was not happy with this but that's where it was left.
Roll on to subsequent sessions where we turned up were polite etc as thought that was it. we find the coach blanking my child and us as parents it also appears as though we are not welcome and noone will talk to any of us. we thought we had moved on so continued in a toxic environment but things are not getting any better if anything they are getting worse we don't know what to do I don't really want to pull my child out of the sport they enjoy as there are no other clubs locally however I do not wish them to stay in what seems to be a very unfair and toxic environment. What would you do? We have escalated this to the head of the club but fear this will not be resolved

It sounds like you have to sit tight & let the process play out.
