My son's high school baseball coach is very toxic. (I can go into details, but it'll be very long..) He's very narcistic and is mean to players in a very passive-aggressive way.
My son and a couple of other kids are leaving the team next year because of this coach even though it'll be their last year since they'll become seniors. (These kids have been playing baseball since they were 4 years old.)
Should I still go to the school about this coach and his questionable behaviors even if it won't help my son, but might help other players in the future? Or just let it go?
I'm 100% ok with my son's decision to leave the team.
