Roses vs Wales in the 6 Nations a couple of weeks ago in Bristol.

ABwithAnItch · 15/04/2024 06:54

Volleyball, earlier this year

Sirzy · 15/04/2024 06:56

Challenge cup quarter final (rugby league) yesterday. Given the result I wish I hadn’t bothered!

Chukkas · 15/04/2024 07:00

Polo at our local polo club. Exhilarating to watch 🐎 and great homemade cake on offer too

PauliesWalnuts · 15/04/2024 07:01

Tour of Britain cycle race last year. If the route comes near me we always go.

Familiaritybreedscontemptso · 15/04/2024 07:01

Football last week

conniecon · 15/04/2024 07:01

Basketball last month with 11yo DS to experience live game for him as he plays now.

Worcester Wolves v Derby something or other!

CrushingOnRubies · 15/04/2024 07:03

2012 Olympics I think

NoraLuka · 15/04/2024 07:06

A half marathon 2 weeks ago. I was one of the volunteers helping to organise it so not sure if that still counts!

Other than that our local football team last year. Last pro sport was during the 2018 women’s World Cup (football).

Hockey & netball watching the kids.

Professional - international hockey in London. Highly recommend - great atmosphere, 4 games in one day so good value too.

Littletreefrog · 15/04/2024 07:08

Swimming yesterday

Radiatorvalves · 15/04/2024 07:08

Regularly see my boys play rugby/football/cricket. Love watching the Tour de France - sometimes our holidays coincide with it. Occasionally rugby matches. Not a mega sports fan, but rest of family are obsessed!

icelollycraving · 15/04/2024 07:09

Son’s football match yesterday. If we are talking professional sport, football match pre Covid.

Cadela · 15/04/2024 07:10

Went to see our derby last weekend. 1-0 baby! Haven’t lost to them in 15 years, was v good.

GOODCAT · 15/04/2024 07:11

Ascot some years ago for work. Aside from watching th Queens Cup horse racing in Canada which then cost a tiny amount both to get there and get in, I have only ever been to watch live sport as someone else's guest. It is expensive!

That said I prefer to participate in sport than watch it.

countrygirl99 · 15/04/2024 07:13

I've helped at a couple of winter TREC competitions. As a spectator Burghley last year.

BringMeSunshineAllDayLong · 15/04/2024 07:13

The kids this weekend (football X2 and cross country)
Paid football (super league 2 weeks ago)
Love watching and playing sport

PuttingDownRoots · 15/04/2024 07:13

DDs rugby matches.

Adult sport... the Army Navy Rugby a couple of years ago.

NancyJoan · 15/04/2024 07:16

I took DS to the cricket a couple of years ago when DH was unable to go. I enjoyed the picnic, the being with DS, and the sunshine. I did not enjoy the loos, the plastic seat, or the noise of the crowd as we left. Before that was prob the London Olympics, or possibly the Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Mushroomwithaview · 15/04/2024 07:19

Professional? Like, in a big stadium? Women's football.

If we're counting competitive kids' sport I'm standing on a touchline or by a pool or on a field or on a court most weekends.

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 15/04/2024 07:20

National track championships, Manchester velodrome, about 6 weeks ago.
