I'm a long term fan of the sport, and yes I was gutted (for the sport primarily) when the 2021 season was decided the way it was. The teams survived and so on but the sport too a hit as a result.
In relation to this though, I don't know what positive thing Mohammed Ben Sulayem has brought to the sport. I don't know who would be next in line if he were to step down but I don't think his tenure at the top will be a long one.
