I wondered if there were other MN users who did Taekwon-Do (ITF). I'm a M (not that it matters particularly but just for reference) and started when my teenage kids took an interest when I was 50. I've been doing it for 6 years now and have reached red tag stage. DW has recently started too. Just to say it's brilliant and a fantastic way of keeping fit (mentally and physically), flexible and building self-confidence. Everyone else is perfectly normal, not wanna be Bruce Lees or anything like that. And all ages from 5 to well into their 70s where I am.
Quite a few adults I know who are now seasoned black belts started after their kids started (like me) and carried on when their kids had moved on to other things. It's fantastic and I'd warmly recommend it to anyone. That's all I wanted to say really.
