Any one up for a bit of rugby banter? Ireland v Wales ☘☘☘

@gingercat02 Not sure Wales realise the game has started yet

gingercat02 · 05/02/2022 14:43

They are massively missing all their injured players. Ireland are hard to beat at home not that I'm biased .France are the big favourites

Warmhandscoldheart · 05/02/2022 15:36

You're right, Wales have so many injuryed out of squad.
That's not going to help either, off he goes.
Sexton's kicking is sublime 👏🏻👏🏻
France starting game against weakest team, do have a soft spot for Italy tho, means they should get win plus high score.

gingercat02 · 05/02/2022 15:40

That was a hard hit on Sexton. He had to walk for that. Johnny's kicking is the best when he's on form. It's a blustery ground and the weather looks terrible

Wales bloody lucky to have that try.

gingercat02 · 05/02/2022 16:21

They were! Ruined a beautiful score line 😂

Injuries or not, Wales should have been much better. Ireland played really well.

MinglingFlamingo · 05/02/2022 16:44

Thanks for the thread checking in for the Scotland vs England game

Warmhandscoldheart · 05/02/2022 17:52

Scotland have started stronger than England.
C'mon England

gingercat02 · 05/02/2022 18:34

Had to go out. Wasn't expecting that. Scottish DH is vvv excited

Disappointed in today's rugby, neither game was excellent.

Still watching Eng, can't believe Eddie removed Smith and number 6 (Norhampton lad, has been excellent can't remember his name)

PastMyBestBeforeDate · 05/02/2022 18:44

England should have done a lot more with that possession and LCD was very silly. Well done Scotland.

Puffalicious · 05/02/2022 18:46

YEEEESSSSS!!! And sent them homeward, tae think again.

Congrats Scotland. You got the win as you wanted it more. Disappointed with England

Warmhandscoldheart · 05/02/2022 19:14

Well done Scotland, less 'hoofing ' the ball up the field next time England. Agree about taking Marcus Smith off, bad idea.

AndNobbyDancing · 05/02/2022 19:16

Agree, just put that on the football thread, far too many kicks,

turandotty · 14/02/2022 16:22

Well done Wales - I was disappointed with Scotland though- such high hopes.
Much better from England. Randall,Smith and Dombrandt look like the future.
France look amazing. Wide open for places behind them.

LadyEloise1 · 12/03/2022 17:18

Anyone watching Ireland v England ?

Hellocatshome · 12/03/2022 17:20

Yes, such a shame the red card will affect the whole game but I agree it was necessary.

LadyEloise1 · 12/03/2022 18:52

Happy with the Irish win.

LadyEloise1 · 19/03/2022 21:42

Even happier now Ireland won the Triple Crown.

MinglingFlamingo · 19/03/2022 21:54

Congratulations France! Well played 👏 🇫🇷 👏 🍾
