Changing Room after Swimming?

So basically I just signed up my toddler to swimming. The changing rooms are shared in one open room (separate genders ofc) so being an overweight mum with large boobs, I felt like a plonk trying to put bra on and struggled to get changed properly so clearly I was so unprepared 🤣

Can anyone recommend any tricks or products to help me get changed smoothly without looking a weird large woman stuck in clothing or naked? 🤣
I could find a dress and pop it on but it's winter soon so I don't want to freeze to death walking over to my car (it's parked in a nearby council parking).

Everyone would have been too busy dealing with their own boobs/toddlers to care about what you looked like but I just used to pull a big hoodie on (no bra).

Google 'changing robe towel' or 'towel poncho adults' and you will find loads of towel ponchos which you can wear and get changed underneath.

They are also excellent for the beach.

I recently bought a microfibre changing robe for dressing after outdoor pool/sea swims. It's roomy enough to dress under and is pretty good at drying me off too
