Is it normal to feel like this after exercise?!

For context I am very fat and very unfit!!

Bought Joe Wicks' dvd, done the warm up, level 1 and cool down and few times but it exhausts me! I don't mean lack of energy I mean I go quite shaky for hours afterwards, arms and legs really ache. Is that normal?! Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like you're probably doing it very right!! Maybe tone down the intensity for a bit, build your fitness slowly, and if you're doing it alongside dietting then just be sure to eat enough calories. 1200 calories and high intensity exercising is probably a little too savage if you are not used to exercising and on the larger side.
