Reflective running/cycling jacket?

Just that, really -- does anyone have a recommendation for a jacket? DD has been coveting a 360 degree reflective one for Christmas (now she tells me!), but the ones I've seen seem to have very varied reviews. It needs to be reflective down most of the arm for visibility in signalling on a bike.

She's 16, slim hipped, broad shouldered and picky.

many winter cycling jackets have reflective strips and patches on them, some of them are very subtle and only show up if you shine a light on them, so the top can be worn off-bike without looking like a road worker.
I suggest you go and look in the shops for what is available, and be prepared to be shocked at the price of some of the high end stuff.

Ooh, thank you for the link! I've tried the local-ish shops, but couldn't find anything apart from hi-viz yellow or pink.
