Realise this is a really daft question. Am taking baby DD swimming for first time and have a Happy Nappy . Do I have to put a normal nappy underneath it?? X

I think so. My pool ask that baby wears a normal nappy (I use the huggies swimming ones) with a happy nappy on top so like a double layer

No, just the swimming nappy! A normal nappy would swell up a become enormous. Have fun!

Most swimming classes ask you to double nappy.

You can get a reusable cloth nappy to go under... but after a particularly explosive poonsmi in a pool (she had a yellow hue surrounding her - v embarrassing) I just use Huggies swim nappies under them & have had no issues since.
