I am going to try Imodium for my runner’s tummy.

If you have used it with some success, what advise would you give me please re dosage, time to take it, exact product to use?

TIA

Yes I take one after my morning poo and it prevents any further "movements" for the rest of the day

Thanks for the post Lapin.
I'm going to try it tomorrow.

Bon courage!

Do you need to go while running? Isn't it better to go after your run than keep it in.

????

Meg, the problem is that I go to the toilet before running but sometimes during my run I will find that I urgently need to go again.
I'm hoping the Imodium will prevent the horrible situations I have been in over the years.

I take one before a half marathon or anything above ten miles....the constant moving can make your guts unreliable at about that mark I believe

Spam is more likely to be a laxative than a bunger-up, isn't it?

(Reported, btw)

Worked well for me. I used to take one tablet for anything above Half Marathon. The ‘normal’ Imodium worked better than the ‘instant’. Wore off by the following day.
