Rugby tots

Hi, I've just registered my 2yr old son to do rugby tots and I understand it requires full parent participation. Do any mums take their children to rugby tots and know what I can expect?

I will be fairly heavily pregnant and I'm not the sportiest person ever but want to know what to expect.

Thanks
Rachael

We did it- was good- you will be involved a lot but it's not too strenuous

Either OH or I go with our 2 year old. A lot of it initially is encouraging them to do the activity, so that might be running beside them (so only running at toddler speed - not exactly fast) whilst they do an 'obstacle course'. Or helping them pass the ball, etc. The hardest thing I find is balancing the damn foam ball on the little mini cones so they can practice kicking - it's not strenuous but does involve bending down.
It's a nice activity - DD likes it.
