Ride London 2016

DS is doing this for the second year running fundraising. Last year I managed to drive the route until a certain point and catch up with him at water stations. I'm away this weekend so keeping tabs on him remotely but it's not the same!

Anyone else have a friend or family member taking part this year?

DS tired just over halfway mark but he's determined!

Yes Dh, he set off from home at 4.00 this morning. He did it last year and loved it.

I'm not taking part but I've been out cheering them all on today. They go past where I live.

DP started at 6:20 this morning. We saw him on the route, he stopped briefly. He's on the train home now.

We are just about to head down to the finish line to see what's happening. DH was in the last group to leave this morning and so still has a couple of hours to go.

DS was held up for quite a while because of an accident but he's approaching the 75mile mark, he's getting there. The weather has been fab!
