I've found a 9 week program for the above but I need some sort of watch type thing (!) to letme know when I have to walk/run etc.
The first week is to run for 1 min then walk for 90 seconds and so on.
I don't want to spend too much as I'm not sure if I'll stick with it.
Can anyone recommend a cheapest sports watch, if that's even what they're called?!
