I have been running for a year now and feel very fit from it.
I quit smoking 4 years ago.
Last night I stayed at an old friends, we got really drunk
and I smoked rollies with her. I had maybe 5 or 6 in a 4hr period.
Now I'm dreading going for a run tomorrow, is it going to be realy bad? Is it going to take a while to get my fitness back?
