Hi,
I am one of the coaches of Birmingham Met Volleyball Club and we are looking for new players but in particularly ladies. We are a new club entering it's 3rd season and we have 2 men's teams and only 4 regular ladies and need at least 7 to start our ladies team. According to FitnessHealthZone.com, 45 minutes of volleyball burns up to 585 calories! :) It is also a very social sport and we often organise club/team events throughout the year. We have all abilities at the club so whether you have never played or are an experienced player we'd love to hear from you.
We begin training indoors again on Wed 3rd September 7pm-9pm at Birmingham Met College (Sutton Campus) but have outdoor sessions throughout the summer.
