All Too Predictable

So we lose again, deja vue, it's what England does time and time again. Oh well, at least the lads can have a long expensive holiday after next week on their salaries, this will all be forgotten about very soon and they can languish in their opulent lifestyles.

Meanwhile Brazilians who leave in poverty are submitted to this circus.

Davros · 19/06/2014 23:14

It really was the same old pattern. I don't want to make too many excuses, but yet again we played a pretty dirty team who got away with it over and over. Doesn't explain our lack of flair

Davros · 19/06/2014 23:15

Etah, blame Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini

Etah · 19/06/2014 23:21

ooops I meant live

CitrusSun · 20/06/2014 10:04

Etah, I hear you, it was the same in South Africa, the ghettoes were screened off in case anyone was 'offended', beggars belief

That picture is sickening and says so much. Money and image so much more important than people, Etah.

It is just horrible.
And a lot of people are so used to see misery and poverty around them (world cup or not) that they become oblivious to it all.
Sad.

No surprise at all. England players are too easily distracted by their fast cars, celebrity girlfriends and product endorsements.

AuntieStella · 23/06/2014 08:54

The Premier League is too dependent of foreign players, who then go and play (and win) for their home countries in the international tournaments.

Because English clubs can buy in what they want, then there is less incentive to bring on home players who then get PL level experience.

Legionoffools · 23/06/2014 23:58

Being sortof blunt. If the England team did a Brazilian and shaved their cunts, they'd be missing a manager and half the team afterwards.

Has that joke been done yet?

eileenrose1 · 24/06/2014 11:34

That's a bit rude but I see what you mean.

Apparently Roy Hodgson is the second highest paid manager and earns £3.5 million a year plus expenses. Ridiculous. I'd do the job for half that and provide my own excuses.
