Is there such a thing?

No. Put your hair up in a high ponytail, and twist into a really tight bun, secure with a band, then pull a hat on and make sure it comes right over your hairline. Then your hair will be damp, but not dripping wet

I was just about to post and ask this! Have resolved to swim most days but the showers in the pool have awful water in them that wrecks your hair. Is there a really good shampoo and conditioner that works? It's a non-chlorine pool.

Beast - I don't use a cap & wash hair after swims (3 x week). I have reasonably short & quite dry white hair & find Boot's Swim and Gym shampoo very good..

Thanks- tried that one but I get the exploding chrystanthemum look....
