Swimming cap for long hair, please?

My hair reaches most of the way down my back, and is pretty thick so I'm a bit reluctant to get just any old cap, which I won't be able to return if it doesn't fit!

I also have bad memories of hair-pulling by rubber caps, so if there's some sort of fabric/lycra cap, I'd be grateful for recommendations!

I've got this one, and it has plenty of room and doesn't pull. I've tried a Zogg lycra cap, and it was comfy but didn't stay put - you can layer a silicone over lycra though
