We've got a gold in cycling- well done to Sarah Storey, who is pretty amazing anyway.

I'm struggling to keep up with anything- I don't have sky/virgin, so only have c4, and I'm finding the coverage a bit all over the place

I saw the silver but missed the gold.

Well done also to Hannah Russell- 16 and a silver medal

Woohoo, I was at the Velodrome to see Sarah Storey this evening, she absolutely smashed it! :) It was great to stand up and sing the national anthem :)

rum Storey is a brilliant competitor, I love her whole story, really.

TV coverage hasn't been great so only managed to see todays cycling.

felt sorry for the bloke in the cycling who was disqualified. Don't know if it was justified, because I don't know much about cycling.

If you have Sky or Virgin there are 3 extra channels showing different sports through the day (550-553 on Virgin I think) - not sure about Freeview though.

Sadly, freeview doesn't have anthing extra (that I have found, e.g no red button equivalent) I can watch what I watched an hour ago on 4 +1 though!

have seen some good stuff today. Ds was fascinated by the 5-aside blind football.

Just watched Ollie and Sam Hynd get Silver and Bronze in the S8 400m freestyle. Pleased that the commentators got their home town right seeing as the C4 website didn't manage it

Completely unjustified cycling descision

The blind football was brilliant, as was the swimming and the atheletics.

My only complaint is falling asleep and waking up to [faint] hollyoaks

Channel 4 is on for the night so we're hunkering down with salad cake and spring water cough

actually, I saw the cycling again, and he did seem to stutter coming out of the start, like his wheel was stuck? But he came back after and apologised and said it had been his fault. Not sure to be honest.

I'm really enjoying the games- and learning about all sorts of things. I especially love that there doesn't seem to be an issue with empty seats- people have really got behind the games and want to be a part of it. it's brilliant.

and just watching Hannah Cockroft getting her gold for the 100m....

well done to her.

The football was great, only time I have enjoyed watching it.

I was mesmerised by the footy- the fact that there is a bell in the ball, and the crowd are not allowed to cheer too much! It was amazing.

I particularly love that they are all enjoying it, all congratulating happily winners and losers.

The coverage may not be great for non Sky/Virgin viewers, but I have still seen far more than any other paralympics. The adverts are a bit annoying, though, which can't be helped on a commercial channel- but it's still more than we were shown from Beiijing, for example. Go Paralympic Team GB!
