Anybody fancy a Paralympic countdown thread?

The Olympics may be over, but we've still got the Paralympics to come

Really, really excited, I wanted to get tickets to see something but I start a new job in a different city as it starts, so won't make any of it hopefully the coverage will be as good as it has been for the Olympics.

Anyone going down to see stuff? Also, anyone know the routes of the torch/torches? I found it hard to work out on the official website

Have tickets for the evening athletics on 5th Sept, very excited as quite a lot of finals in that session

We've got the Park on 1st Sept and Stadium (and park) on the 8th. So bloomin' excited .

I really want to see the wheelchair rugby. I mean, how does that even work?! I imagine it's pretty lethal.

Anyway... I am definitely up for a countdown. Have been sorely missing Olympic sporting action this week. Does anyone know how much coverage will be on C4? I don't think I am going to be able to actually go.

edustudent my mum went a bit crazy in a "oh it's a once in a lifetime" type of way and treated us to loads of tickets, we went to some olympic events too. We know we are very very lucky.

Next summer it'll be free museums, the library and the park for the DC's.
