Pus from Spot- WTF

I’m usually a lurker here, but had to share this. Had a spot on my forehead for about five days that literally is the size of a Malteaser. Thing is a fucking beast. Been trying to coax the pus out of it with blister plasters. Had one on this evening and when I pulled it off, this happened. So satisfying. I gave it a gentle press and a bit more came out, but unbelievably it’s still got some stuff in it! I’ve put a blister plaster on again, but anyone got any tips for coaxing the last of it out??

I don’t usually get spots like this very often- it started out as a big, blind bugger on Saturday, but I’ve been unwell with a bit of a virus, so think that was why.

I’ve tried that but bugger all happened. But maybe now a bit has come out that might be a good idea again.

Picture is now live (and gross!)

A bit more has come out on the blister plaster overnight, but not much and it’s still at least the size of a skittle (the sweet, not a wooden pin used in bowling). I’ve ordered some magnesium drawing paste to come today- never used it before, but always seems to come up when people suggest ways to drain blind spots.

I would just wait. The size of the spot is from inflammation rather than contents. It will resolve on its own- either the inflammation will go down and plug will pop out, or a scab will form and draw the plug out.
