Funky molluscum?

My 3yo has what i think is molluscum, which my eldest had. This one under her chin looks.. different? Any thoughts? What would the sporner hive mind suggest i do?

Your pic is quite out of focus so it is quite hard to see but it looks more like a wart .

It looks like a filliform wart

Hard to tell cause it’s not even focused but looks similar to my kid’s molloscum before it disappeared

Kill the King Molloscum. My son had one much bigger than the others, I pulled it out and the rest went away soon after. This may be pure coincidence though.

Sorry I know that wasn't a great picture, it was the best I could do in poor lighting. It looks like the bit that was protruding has come away and it's healing (first photo with the red and scab). She's still got one on her face (second photo) which I'm not sure what to do with

I’d dig it out. There will be a scab to heal, but no more molloscum to spread to make more. Just ensure you clean it well.

If you are sure it’s molluscum, get the central disc out and wipe over the whole area with alcohol
