What’s on my toe?

Does anybody know what this is? Corn? Verruca? Something else?

It’s been there a while but has only just become painful. I’m trying to avoid wasting a GP appointment but not sure what over the counter treatment to buy.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Corn.

EBearhug · 04/04/2026 09:50

It's a corn, probably caused by your toe rubbing against your shoe.

Looks like a corn to as it has a centre. You need a treatment with salicylic acid in it.

It's a corn. You can treat it yourself but your best bet would be to see a chiropodist/podiatrist who can treat it professionally and hopefully stop it recurring.
