Anyone know what this is (pic)

Woke up with this on my forehead.
for years iv suffered with itching, doctor was useless, went three times . Put it down to a reaction but iv never been able to pin point what it is. I take anti histamines to control it , happens every few days but for the last two days the itching has got so much worse than usual and my shop bought histamines are not working.
My face doesn’t itch just my body and now this random thing has appeared.

Could be hives? But my main question would be Have you had liver function tests?

I had this in exactly the same spot and I went to the GP because I was concerned about BCC/SCC. They looked at it closely with this handheld microscope type tool and said it didn’t look like a carcinoma but might be something called actinic keratosis, which can be precancerous but not always.

it went away after a few weeks and never came back 🤷‍♀️ If it did I think I would ask for a referral to dermatology.

@Gingybreadi had tests done last year all normal. Went to doctors today and due to go for bloods on thursday. I had to insist on them being done ! When i voiced my concerns about liver , kidenys doctor said your tests were normal last year.

No not hives. Thing on face not itchy

@PARunnerGirlyes gp looked with his microscope and said he didnt think it was anything to worry about but if it doesnt cleae up in a week to go back

What has liver function tests got to do with them? I get them too
