Large stye - how to encourage it to pop/reduce?

Have included a pic, its so big and sore. Can see yellow head. Using warm compresses and gentle massage. Want it gone 😫

Get an gel bead eye mask from pharmacy or Amazon for chalazion. Holds heat longer and ensures it's wet heat to apply. This was advice I got from opticians. Hope it goes soon.

Was going to say this - using anything else as a hot compress loses heat very quickly but teabags stay warm for ages, which brings it to a head very quickly.

Oh gosh OP that does look so uncomfortable. No advice but hugs to you. Are you taking painkillers and ibuprofen?

Woke up with blood in my eye this morning which was lovely. The gross yellow head seems to have died down tho so hopefully that means the antibiotics are dealing with the infection

Its now kind of like a blood spot??

Yes it doesnt hurt at all any more. Thank goodness for antibiotics!
