Long time lurker, first time poster.
i had a small lump on my inner labia. I was sure it was a zit of some type, but never amounted to anything. Wondered if it was still there while I was having a shower and idly gave it a squeeze. Felt a pop and out came a small but perfectly formed lump of thick pus. It was enclosed in a small sac and was around about half the size of a grain of rice.
Small but perfectly formed. Sigh.
