Foot lumps that 'pop' and refil

Well... I had to share.
My bf has had 'lumps' on his foot for years. Recently he has discovered he can 'pop' the big one and it refills...
It's refilling and can be 'popped' again quite quickly
I have had a wee go on it this morning and think it needs more than a heavy squeeze, tried with a syringe and needle... Nope.
So thought I would share a photo for maybe any advice?

they’re fat lumps that bulge into the skin. So presumably “popping” them just pushes the fat back in.

Those are piezogenic papules, very common. I have them
