Elbow lump- any ideas?

Anyone know what this might be?
On my elbow. About 5mm diameter.
tried popping it but nothing is coming out.
Shall I try drawing cream or wart cream.

It’s hard to see as the lump itself isn’t in focus, but it could be a molliscum contagiosum - they’re sort of pearly with a little dimple in the middle. Nothing to draw out if it’s that!

Sorry, just seeing my typo now - it’s ‘molluscum’!

It’s fine. Thanks. - I found it. It does look like that - but then only 1 ‘spot’ so maybe not 🤷‍♀️
at least it’s not sore.
