Blocked pore(?) in 4 year old ear

Morning everyone,
I noticed a black dot on the entry to my 4 year old daughters ear, its been getting bigger so I had a look with tweezers this morning and pulled out usual blocked pore gunk (picture attached).
It's left a sizeable 'hole' (picture also attached) in my daughters ear, any tips on how to get the hole to close? Or keep it clean until it heals?

It will just naturally shrink.
DC had a huge crater in her foot when I froze a verruca and it fell out as a solid disc thicker than a coin. It just vanished in no time at all.
