What is this on my leg?!

Excuse my gross legs but what is this?!

Noticed it this morning as it was itchy, wasn’t there when I was in the shower last night before bed.

The red around it has got bigger since this morning but it’s no longer itchy.

Don’t know what it is but you’ve more patience than me cos it’d be gone by now!

Some kind of bite.

It’s just a mozzie bite that’s a bit infected. It will clear up in no time

I’d be drawing a line around that red circle so you can see how much it’s spread in the morning

That looks like the start of a boil to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Following this. About 25 years ago I had several of these on my legs which swelled and then burst (horrendous). I ended up on a combo of antibiotics and anti- inflammatory meds and still bear the scars years later. It was definitely some sort of insect bites from an ill fated trip to Mallorca!

Have any spiders come out of it yet?

I don’t know what it is, but I’d not be able to resist squeezing or gouging out the middle bit.
