cat does not look too happy! I suppose as one of the hairless breeds he would get skin complaints like anyone human

They get them from eating out of plastic food bowls. Try metal or ceramic.

My hairy cat used to get bouts of feline acne, it can get nasty and once he needed antibiotics and steroids.

In his case, I think it was the dust from the wet food getting stuck under his chin and causing inflammation, and when he moved to a wet only diet it stopped.

That's a very tolerant cat.

I had a big tabby cat that had a benign refilling cyst on one cheek. About every three months I'd sterilise a needle, pop it and squeeze out about 15ml of clear fluid. He was very good at letting me do it. The vet was happy with my homemade expressing of it and I got a lot of satisfaction from seeing his bulge depress back to nothing so it was win win win.

My dog used to get them on her belly where there was little hair! Forgotten how much I enjoyed getting them out!

My cat gets them round her chin and lips. Vet said to express the big ones. I do wash her face weekly. s

She is really good. Once she had a bump under her chin. I squeezed and a massive amount of white hard duff came out. Wasn’t expecting that much from a tiny bump.
