No idea what this is, a hard-ish red bump on my inner groin. Possible ingrown hair. Have given it a good squeeze but nothing yet - going to investigate again in the morning and am hoping for something glorious. I had a boil recently in this area that burst of its own accord and it was absolutely lovely. I am praying for similar.

I'm going to try and be patient with it, let it bloom to its full potential. We wouldn't want to do anything to lessen the potential earnings from this, would we?!
