I whinged months ago about a milia on the crease of my eyelid and received good advice re tiny diabetic needles, scratching it etc. It was in a well scary area, tho, so I was as wuss and occasionally had a scratch using my fingernail. Today, ran to the loo at work and looked at it, couldn't be bothered with eyeshadow today and it was hanging off! Absolutely ecstatic! It's teeny, but has been (to my mind) a huge annoyance/bump/very obvious, so I'm ultra happy. It has shrunk since my original whinge as it's obviously been hanging for a while.

Many years ago i had one on my eyelid , using a very fine needle i decided to tackle it , but i slipped and the needle went right into the mila sideways on, in a split second i pulled the needle out for fear of it going in my eye and the milia popped straight out on the end of the needle ! it was scarily amazing .

I tried and failed cos I'm a wuss! I was thrilled to see it hanging and clearly oxidised, must have damaged it enough to let the air in. Flat ones on my face have always been responsive!
