Magnesium Sulfate for this?

I have posted this in the general health section, but might get more replies here.

I have a boil that isn't quite ready to burst yet. It's on labia. I only just got rid of one at the same site over a week ago, so I'm really annoyed it's reappeared.

I'm desperate for this one not to get as painful as last one, even though I'm guessing that's inevitable; but would magnesium Sulfate be a wise idea? I've never used the paste before, but if it means it will move things along quickly willing to try that.

Just to add I can't have baths, and I don't think showers help much.

(Also, not recommended but I did use a sterile needle for the last one-not sure if I made things worse 😩)

I’m not sure - it might be a bit tricky to apply as it can be quite runny. I’ve usually had to put a plaster or dressing over the top to keep it in place while it does its work and I’ve never used it on that area. I hope someone comes along with some more advice/other ideas for you, it sounds very painful! Could you maybe apply warm compresses instead?

Thank you!

Funnily enough, after I posted, it seemed to have ruptured (but it still feels like there's something there however the pain has gone). It might fill up again I think, but hope not.

The magnesium sulphate paste I got was quite thick? The problem is, you have to get it right onto the boil itself, not the surrounding healthy skin. And in some of the places these things crop up, it's not easy! I used haemorrhoid cream last time, which has great effect in drawing it out and lessening the pain too! Something to consider if it pops up again! Good luck! 💐
