Look at this beast and tell me what to do

In my armpit. Very uncomfortable. I can see what looks like 3 whiteheads but I suspect they are just hair follicles popping up under the pressure of The Beast.

I haven’t done much with it yet beyond very gentle exploration.

What do you think? Coax it out (how?) or nurse practitioner on Monday?

Ouch, I'd see a nurse. Your going to be in agony with that.

Nurse practitioner who will probably prescribe antibiotics.

I had exactly the same, had antibiotics and 6 ingrown hairs in tight circles popped out when it burst.

Don't mess with it - get medical help

I initially tried epsom salt baths to see if it would burst. Dr said antibiotics were the answer.

Personally I’d get some heat on that and see if I can draw it out. This is not medical advice or probably advisable but it’s 100% what I would do

Mag sulphate and hot compresses.

Thank you for asking. One of the whiteheads became a massive whitehead and with very little persuasion it gave way to a torrent of pus. This was about 24 hours ago. It has now settled down and is much less painful and smaller but there is still a hard lump behind it - I don’t think it’s over yet.
