What's this on my foot?

Are these verrucas on the sole of my foot?! Two lumps inside the blue circle and one inside the red circle. The one inside the red circle I've scratched so much blood has come to the surface. They are so itchy!

Thank you so much!! I've never heard of that but after googling it defo seems to be it as yes theyre blisters! I've also noticed a few on my hands every now and again but put it down to using hand gel too much.

I get them in waves. My hands will be covered in them for a few weeks, then they disappear. I don't get ones on my feet as often and they're often pretty big. I have to admit to squeezing them though i doubt it's a good idea! Regular use of hand cream helps the hand ones.

Small itchy lump, then blister with clear fluid, then they dry and the skin around the tiny scab peels off too. Pompholyx also called dyshidrotic eczema. Not much that you can really do about it, other than hope to not get too many on the soles of your feet as it can be quite painful!
