What are these? Blackheads? (Photos!)

Ever since my boobs inflated and then shrank (bc breastfeeding 3 kids) I noticed these little guys arrive. My fingers are covering my nipple in each photo, but you can see these little dark dots. I obviously give them a squeeze when I get a chance, and something comes out, like gunk and sometimes a hair. They are always there on both sides. Any ideas of a) what they are and b) how to get rid of them? I of course like to have a constant supply of something to pick at/squeeze/ investigate but it's not super attractive.. ideas?

I think they are tiny hair follicles and I would absolutely not start picking at them or you’ll cause all manner of problems!

Hair follicles. If you pick at them they sometimes turn into beautiful infected boils full of pus happy memories.

I’ve always had them. Great to squeeze. Really fun after I’ve put fake tan on.

I have these I call them my feathers. Have em on my tummy too. I tweeze them out and sometimes there’s upto 4 hairs per one. Very satisfying
