Any idea what this rash is?

This rash is on just my arm. At first I thought it was a heat rash but it’s not.

Hard to tell from the pics, but looks similar to molluscum contagiosum? Is it new or has it been there a while?

It’s new. Had it for 3 days. I thought that too.

It’s fading at last. I think it could be from holding a caterpillar!!!!
