Eternal Spot

I have a spot on my back, it's decades old. It gradually fills with white stuff, it's pretty hard. 3-4 times a year DH squeezes it, but it never goes away.

How can I finish it off for good?

Is it like a big blackhead?
Maybe a dilated pore of winer

Could be a little cyst. It won't ever go until the sac is destroyed or removed.

@INeedFridayNow It's probably a sebaceous cyst (DH has one. Same as you squeezed 4-5times a year but always comes back (te..he!)) Years ago he could have had it excised but not now.

I have something very similar on my shoulder, I think it's just a small indentation in the SK n that fills with soap scum/sweat/old skin. It's not a spot with a head or ever infected. I think if it like a very t iny belly button hole

I have one of these. It's a little pore on my shoulder blade. I call it my regular giver! I wouldn't want it to go away. Sometimes I leave it a while for it to build up but I can't resist the squeeze!
