I have been growing a cyst on my back, pretty much where your thumb rests when you put your hand on your hip for about a year. It's just quietly grown and resisted and half hearted attempt at squeezing.
Last month it started to get develop a head before I flew from Melbourne to NYC. Gave it a good squeeze night before I flew and no luck. Didn't think of it again for a week until I was loitering in the airport to fly my next leg of the trip.
Had clean hands (hand sanitizer) and gave it a squeeze and felt something give...I knew it was coming soon.
Boarding the plane very grateful to see nobody beside me on a night time flight. Stashed the hand sanitizer and some tissues in the front pocket of the seat. After dinner was served and the cabin lights dimmed I attacked it and boy it gave up the goods.
Trying to be discreet on the plane and wrestle extra tissues out of a travel pack one handed while this thing gave up the goods was a struggle but such a result :)
I ruthlessly put some sanitizer on the area and tucked my t shirt in to my leggings to prevent any contact with the seat itself.
After arriving at my destination I gave it another good squeeze, got the remaining bit out but no sac as I was on my own.
I think I might win the highest altitude cyst squeeze?
