figured this was the best place!
a few weeks ago I noticed a big red area on my mons, found a lump, next day it had spread. Practice nurse prescribed antibiotics and said it was a cyst.
anyway the antibiotics did the trick with the infection, but the lump remains. No hair is growing out of it despite those around the area that I plucked to see better appearing since.
the nurse said it would just dissolve. Any experience? Will that happen? How bloody long? The urge to pick is strong but google warns me off of it (I did start a bit earlier though with sterilised tweezers and just made it red). I should add during the antibiotics I used shed loads of magnesium sulfate, soaked in a hot bath daily and nothing doing.
halfway through the antibiotics I also started getting stabbing pains / burning in that area. The lump is the size of a pea, surely it’s not affecting the nerve?! The pains continue, we are up to 3 weeks now I think? Coincidence? Pelvic ultrasound was clear.
